Supporting bone health

It’s important for patients to help protect their bones, because bones may become osteoporotic with certain prostate cancer treatments.1 In the Bone Health section of Prostate.com, patients learn the steps they can take to help strengthen their bones as they age.

Patients are encouraged to consult their physicians for recommended exercises that can help build bone density. They will also learn the importance of calcium-rich foods and supplements in helping to keep bones strong.
