There are several programs available to assist patients with limited income and resources:

Lupron Patient Assistance Program

TAP Pharmaceutical Products Inc., the company that distributes Lupron Depot, also provides a Lupron Patient Assistance Program (LPAP) to help qualified patients, based on income, obtain Lupron Depot through their doctor.

LPAP is a service that:
  • Reviews qualification criteria to determine your eligibility
  • Ships Lupron Depot to your doctor's office if you are eligible

Talk to your doctor about your eligibility status.

Medicare Savings Programs

States have programs for people with limited income and resources. These programs pay Medicare premiums and, in some cases, may also pay Medicare deductibles and coinsurance. These programs help millions of people with Medicare save money each year.

For further detail, visit the Medicare website to view a brochure (659k) PDF explaining how you can get help paying your Medicare premiums (through Medicare Savings Programs).

CoPays.org

You may be eligible for Patient Advocate Foundation's Co-Pay Relief (CPR) Program, which provides direct co-payment assistance for pharmaceutical products to insured Americans who financially and medically qualify. The program offers personal service to all patients through the use of CPR call counselors. For further detail, visit www.copays.org on the web.
