Primary Care Provider (PCP):

A physician who is chosen by or assigned to a patient and provides primary care and coordinates access to other medical services.

Surgeon:

A physician who treats disease by performing surgery.

Urologist:

A physician who treats problems of the urinary tract in men and women, and of the genital area in men.

Radiologist:

A physician who specializes in the use of x-rays and other forms of radiation in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.

Oncologist:

A physician who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
